Bodily Injury, Death, and Personal Harm Disclaimer
Motorcycle modification, motorsports activities, stunt riding, racing, and the installation or use of aftermarket mechanical components involve inherent and significant risks of bodily injury, serious injury, permanent disability, paralysis, or death. Products sold by Electric Works, including but not limited to swing arm extensions, brackets, mounts, and other mechanical performance components, are aftermarket performance parts and may alter the original design, geometry, handling characteristics, structural loading, and operational behavior of a vehicle.
By purchasing, installing, or using any product sold by Electric Works, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Failure to properly inspect, maintain, or service installed components may result in failure of the product or other vehicle components. -

Property Damage Disclaimer
The installation and use of aftermarket mechanical components, including but not limited to swing arm extensions, brackets, mounts, and other performance parts sold by Electric Works, may alter the structural loads, geometry, and operating characteristics of a vehicle. These changes may increase stress on the vehicle’s frame, drivetrain, suspension components, tires, wheels, and other mechanical systems.
By purchasing, installing, or using products sold by Electric Works, the customer acknowledges and agrees that modification of a vehicle carries inherent risks that may result in damage to personal property, including but not limited to the vehicle itself and other surrounding property.
The customer understands and agrees to the following:
-
Vehicle Damage Risk
Aftermarket performance components may affect vehicle performance, handling, structural stress distribution, and mechanical reliability. Improper installation, improper torque specifications, incorrect hardware use, or failure to maintain components may result in damage to the vehicle or related mechanical systems. -
Compatibility Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for verifying that purchased products are compatible with their specific vehicle, model, configuration, and intended use prior to installation. Electric Works does not guarantee compatibility with all vehicles or configurations. -
Installation and Mechanical Responsibility

Inspection and Maintenance Responsibility
Customers are responsible for regularly inspecting all installed components, fasteners, and associated systems to ensure proper operation and safety. Failure to inspect or maintain components may result in progressive mechanical damage to the vehicle. -
