### Eligible Returns (If Applicable)

Returns may be accepted **only if approved in advance** and must meet all of the following conditions:

* Item is in **original packaging** with all hardware and documentation
* Proof of purchase is provided

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

* Installed or test-fitted products
* Modified or damaged items
* Clearance or sale items
* Items returned without authorization

If approved, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

If approved:

* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
* Original shipping costs are **non-refundable**
* Processing time may take **5–15 business days**, depending on your payment provider

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, returned items may be refunded and a new order may be placed.
